Amon must have learned the ability to remove bending from the lion turtles, where Aang learned it. It’s the only logical explanation. Just like the original elements were learned from dragons, badger-moles, sky bison, and the moon. When Aang received the power from the lion turtle, his body glowed green, as did the lion turtle’s eyes - THIS, my friends, is what connects it to Amon because his little hand device thingy glows green, too. Amon himself said, “This power was granted to me by…” something that I can’t totally remember, but that’s what the fuck he said.
Further, we’re gonna lose Katara at some point in this series. She’s going to die, and a huge part of me is going to die with her. It’ll probably take up an entire episode, and I won’t be able to handle it.
Even further, I bet y’all anything that Amon is somehow related to Zuko and Azula’s mom. Idk how or when it’ll be connected, but ITS GOTTA HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT DUDE IT HAS TO. Cuz when the series started Tenzin’s daughter was like, “Gramma, wtf happened to Zuko’s mom?!” and she was about to tell her but got cut off by Meelo being silly. They’re related dude, I swear to god.
Well…I’m upset now. I’m going to go make a cup of coffee and cry while I rewatch these seven episodes for the second time.
